Write group points

Write group points action performs the same process as the Write group points command.
Prior to executing this action, harmonize group numbers using Fix border groups to avoid artifacts on block boundaries. Additionally, load points from neighboring blocks to include complete groups to the output files.
Return value: Number of files created.
