Delete Attachment tool deletes an attachment.
The removes the connection between a wire end or connection point and a tower cross arm.
To delete an attachment:
1. Select the Delete Attachment tool.
2. Select the attachment to be deleted with a data click close to it.
3. Accept the removal with another data click.
