Open surface
TerraModeler surface models are stored in binary files. Open surface command opens a previously stored surface model file from a hard disk. Additionally, the command can read some triangulated surface models created with other software packages.
To open a surface file:
1. Select Open command from the File pulldown menu.
2. The Open surface dialog opens, a standard dialog for opening files.
Locate and select the surface file to be opened.
3. Click OK.
This reads in the surface model file and adds it to the list of loaded surfaces.
