Snaps toolbox
Tools in the Snaps toolbox set the active snap mode. In addition, the snap mode can be limited to 2D only.
There is always one snap mode active. Click on a tool icon to activate another snap mode. The active snap mode is indicated by a light blue background of the tool icon.
Snapping can be applied when elements are placed or accessed in the CAD file by any drawing, element placement or manipulation tools. It ensures, for example, that vertices of adjacent or neighboring elements are placed exactly at the same location. The snap is applied by mouse button actions as defined in the Preferences of Spatix.
